La ficha oficial de Metrovacesa identifica a Maiz & Diaz, S.L. como arquitectos de Serene Atalaya F3, y publica el banco promotor (Banco Sabadell) y la constructora (Constructora del Cardoner, S.A.).
La promoción reúne 11 viviendas: diez villas pareadas y una aislada, todas de tres dormitorios y tres baños, con terrazas de entre 89 y 174 m². Metrovacesa prevé una inversión de 6,5 millones de euros.
